Our organization has moved up to Microsoft CRM 4.0 and here is an early review:

• The software runs much quicker; no more going for coffee when clicking on a new section!
• CRM 4 runs very well in Outlook; previous versions were a bit buggy
• Option to export to Excel works well and is very useful
• CRM 4.0 has a much more attractive looking user interface than CRM 3.0

My early conclusion is that this upgrade is very worth it and is going to be great for our company. I recommend this software to manage your clients.
